Dorothy the Dinosaur meets Santa Claus
Join everybody's favourite dinosaur when she meets the man in red from the north pole in a brand new live show propelled by fun, beautiful music and dancing and written for the stage by Blue Wiggle Anthony Field.
Join Dorothy the Dinosaur - graduate of RADD (Royal Academy of Dinosaur Dancing) along with her friends Captain Feathersword, Wags the Dog and Henry the Octopus.
Joining them are the elves Fernie and Poppie, special guest ELF-IS and of course Santa. Children will be enchanted while they plan to bring together a special, surprise Christmas party for Dorothy.
The dancing will be delightful and of course the music will be rosalicious with some wonderful Christmas cheer.

It’s time to get Australia dancing with the fab four of fun on their YOU MAKE ME FEEL LIKE DANCING Tour. Join Anthony, Jeff, Murray and Sam and all their Wiggly friends performing in Perth, Adelaide, Canberra, Newcastle, Melbourne, Wollongong, Brisbane and Sydney.
The Wiggles will perform songs from their latest release, YOU MAKE ME FEEL LIKE DANCING, plus all the favourites such as Rock A Bye Your Bear, Toot Toot Chugga Chugga Big Red Car, Monkey Dance, Can You Point Your Fingers And Do The Twist.
2008 has been another fantastic year for The Wiggles, having toured the US three times, a sell out tour of the UK as well as a regional tour of NSW and the mid year shows in Sydney and Melbourne, which are always a favourite with everyone!
The Wiggles’ interactive song and dance has been capturing audiences’ imaginations for 17 years! They have sold in excess of 22.5 million Videos/DVDs and 7 million CDs worldwide. The Wiggles are the most awarded children’s act in Australia. Earlier this year, they were named as UNICEF GOODWILL AMBASSADORS joining the ranks of Shakira, David Beckham and Roger Federer. The Wiggles have always been great supports of organisations that help children. As UNICEF ambassadors, they will be focussing on numeracy and literacy as well as sanitation. “UNICEF works with children in need in 150 developing countries including Australia’s North Territory, to improve access to clean water, health care, education and food. UNICEF gives all children, regardless of race or religion, the best start in life. For that reason, we feel deeply honoured to be asked to take on the role of Goodwill Ambassadors and work with UNICEF to help impress the lives of children around the world” said Murray Cook, The Red Wiggle.

The New Dorothy the Dinosaur Show
Announcing the new Dorothy the Dinosaur Show! The smash hit television show seen in over 21 countries around the world has now been brought to the theatre stage!
Children worldwide have been engaged, enchanted and entertained by Dorothy the Dinosaur, Wags the Dog, Henry the Octopus, Captain Feathersword, Fairy Clare and Fairy Larissa’s adventures and songs.
The show stars Dorothy the Dinosaur, a graduate capital of R.A.D.D (The Royal Academy of Dinosaur Dancing!) Australia’s favourite dinosaur has performed at New York’s Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, the Apollo Theatre in London and even in Shanghai and now returns to the Australian stage for this brand new show!
The new Dorothy the Dinosaur show has been written by Blue Wiggle, Anthony Field, who also produced the music.
‘My three children adore Dorothy the Dinosaur, so I wanted to put together a concert that reflected the high quality of the TV show that they love’, said Anthony Field.
Children will enjoy meeting old friends and making new ones as they sing, dance, watch, listen and learn.
‘The simple storyline of this theatre show is propelled by some fun and beautiful music and dancing’, added Anthony.
He has recorded the Rosy Orchestra performing songs for Dorothy and her friends to sing along with, such as the delightful Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star! Children will love dancing to Dr Knickerbocker and bouncing up and down to Come On Let’s Jump! Captain Feathersword will be joined by Don the Postman, who sings his signature song. You’ll shake your hips with Wags the Dog and dance a fairy jig with The Fairy Dance.
Along with such hit songs as Romp Bomp A Stomp, To Have A Tea Party and Balla, Balla Bambina, audiences will be ecstatic as the show culminates with Let’s Have A Party!
